The Sealing System

The PSI sealing system Compakt is the perfect complement to our Link-Seal® modular seal. It offers ideal seal for wall opening of gas, water and sewage pipes as well as for cables. The Compakt seal is a pressure tight system.

Description
The 40 mm wide rubber element is pressed by means of two stainless steel discs. The Compakt-ring seals the annular space between the carrier and the casing pipe or the core drilled hole against water, gas or other media.

PSI Compakt seal type Varia
The PSI Compakt seal type Varia is a flexible wall penetration sealing system which can be used as a temporary blind plug for non pressing water or as a single leadthrough for pressing water.

The sealing range of the Compakt seal e.g. type Varia 1.5 for a core drilled hole I.D. 100 mm is continuous from 18 up to 65mm because of the small steps of 5 mm per ring. The Compakt seal type Varia 1.0 for core drilled hole I.D. 100 is especially applicable by house lead-in for retrofitting. Four different sizes of carrier pipe can be passed through with the Varia seals for core drilled holes I.D. 150 mm and 200 mm. The seals are especially made for plastic pipes with soft rubber.
